Effi's story is a story of perseverance, passion and love for hairdressing that has inspired thousands of people.
Effi's journey into hairdressing began at the age of 14, working as an assistant in a neighborhood hair salon in Corfu. Her love for hairdressing grew quickly as she combined her studies at the public hairdressing school with practical experience on the job.
Over the years, Effi honed her skills working in top hair salons in Corfu, rising to the position of Branch Manager at Nicolas—a renowned nationwide hair salon chain. For six years, she led, created unique styles, and built lasting relationships with her clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
In 2016, Effi co-founded her first hair salon, Scissors Hair Studio. Her dedication to quality, creativity and customer care has made it a benchmark in the city, cementing her reputation as one of the most talented hairdressers in Corfu.
In January 2024, Effi embarked on her boldest endeavor to date, creating Scissors by Effi — a renewed hair salon experience, perfectly tailored to the needs of the modern client.
